The apocalypse of my naivety life
It was a real pleasure
listening to this opus coming straight from Tunisia ,with the band OUT BODY
EXPERIENCE that reveals a well done melodic black doom metal , with some violin
and keyboard sessions that give a particular melancholic ambiance to their music.
The guitar sound is not strong enough, but it didn't waste the content that
shows that black metal can be played in a different way from what used to be
listened.
The rhythms are mainly heavy with several reverts ,and a typical black metal
vocal and some times death metal vocal ,adding to that , clear singing which
is ( in my point of view) not worked well ,and could be better arranged.
What we could retain from this album is its intro "euthanasia " played
on piano with an oriental touch and violins that link together with a melancholic
doom alternated with black metal aggressive enough. And of course, the luscious
MILLENIUM LEGENDARY ( which is also the name of the album) that was created
during the first rehearsals of the band ,which is for me the track that represents
well the band, different from the other ones with its equilibrium between aggressiveness
and melancholy.
For the rest I reproach a certain maturity in the composition way, with some
passages that are enough repetitive and monotonous, but I think it's due to
the young age of the band itself (I don't mean the members).but the potential
is present. Anyway keep on digging this way, that's great!!!
