BIOGRAPHY
The
name of MELMOTH at the first time , was given to a mystic caracter of
a story in which the irich writer R.C.Maturin spoke about the life of
that man.
Also "Melmoth" was chosen from Tunisian Metal band at the begining of October 2001 which had survived many changement in its line-up.
The music of that Tunisian metal band is named as a Black Death Metal one left of the ethnic and inspired from The Tunisian and Oriental melodies .
Moreover , that music is not only distinguit by an agressive atmosphere, independant way of playing but also it spokes about many units which consist on MELMOTH's name.
The Melmoth band had started it's local musical career with succession of national concerts and international one.
The third of january 2004,Melmoth finished the recording of it's first Demo called "Dream Of The Dead".
