The second edition of the LELAHEL FESTIVAL, the first Algerian festival 100%Metal , The 8th and the 9th of October 2003,in algiers (Salle Ibn Khaldoun)featuring:

- PLUTONIUM: One of the best Heavy Metal band from the east of Algeria (Batna).

- MELMOTH: Black/Death Metal from Tunisia.

- LITHAM: Heavy/Dark Metal from Algiers, the leaders of the Algerian metal scene.

This first day was like a rehearsal for the second one. Only 50 persons came to the gig and the atmosphere was very quite .
