OF WORMS was formed in 1996 by two friends, Alexander Erhardt and Brent
Assoun. Together in 1997/1998 they recorded their s/t debut and enlisted
mutual friend Chris Stepniewski to handle the session vokill duties. Soon
after the release of their debut they hooked up with Gord McCubbin on
bass guitar, it was with this lineup that HORDE OF WORMS recorded and
released their second vicious album titled "Dreams and Dying Eyes"
in 1999. After the recording of said album Chris left the fold to persue
his own interests. The Worms then found a new session vokillist in the
throaty Peter Cythrawl and with this line up recorded and released the
violent mcd "Wormageddon" in 2001 which contains three highly
venomous tracks and a rerecorded version of "Dead" from their
debut plus a hidden bonus track! This release is limited to 1000 copies,
they are almost all sold out, so buy a copy now before it is too late!!!
In the year 2002 HORDE OF WORMS returned to the original line up seeing
the departure of Peter Cythrawl to persue his own interests and Gord McCubbin
leaving the horde due to musical differences. Both partings were necessary
for the Worms to progress and were as amicable as possible. As of the
begining of 2003, Alexander has taken over lead vokill duties and both
Brent and Alexander are spliting the bass duties until a suitable replacement
has been acquired... With this situation HORDE OF WORMS undaunted, fought
ahead and in 2004 released their latest blasterpiece in the form of their
new full length "The Uncreation"!! With the assistance of SENTIENT
drummer Alex handling bass duties, HORDE OF WORMS has detonated live several
times this year after an almost two year hiatus! If you are interested

OF WORMS have completed the writing for their upcoming mcd tentatively
titled "Unearthly Desolation" and expect to enter the studio
