DEATHLESS
ANGUISH is a death metal act from K.S.A
Former musician [Kamal] started playing guitar shortly after joining a local new-wave metal band named WRY WREATH as a vocalist. The band soon had to split leaving an infamous demo tape behind. Then it was Kamals passion again to knock doors about playing extreme-metal, which is the music he is into. With no local death metal musicians locally available, Kamal decided to start the act as a one-man-band with influences like CANNIBAL CORPSE, SUFFOCATION, MORBID ANGEL, NAPALM DEATH, SLAYER, and many more. By using simple guitar setup, a small electronic drum kit and a PC the first demo was recorded titled World Domination. The release got wide acceptance by the online underground metal supporters. The band had once appeared as a 4-piece at the last FRIENDLY VIOLENT FUN 3 gig concert in Bahrain, having Nasser Al-Bitar (former Wry Wreath) on bass, Nader Al-Fassam on lead guitar, Talal Al-Shawaf (former Creative Waste) and Kamal on rhythm guitar/vocals. Nasser Al-Bitar is now an official member of DEATHLESS ANGUISH and he is a great addition to the band. However, we are still looking for full time members to complete the band. Deathless Anguish released the second demo titled "Belligerency" in January, 2005. In the 27th of January after releasing the demo shortly, the band played live again in the S.A. Metal gig in Saudi Arabia along with other 3 local bands. Fortunately in the same day Talal Al-Shawaf (Creative Waste) drummer joined the band officially as a third member and that is another great addition to the band along with Nasser Al-Bitar. |
